1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Intelligence Security. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) platform, including our website, Telegram bot, API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
Intelligence Security provides an OSINT platform that enables users to search publicly available data sources, including data from publicly disclosed security breaches, for legitimate security research, threat intelligence, personal security auditing, and investigative purposes.
Our Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Data breach intelligence search capabilities
- Internal database search for credentials and exposed data
- Credential exposure monitoring
- Session and cookie intelligence
- Telegram bot integration for mobile access
Important: Our Service is designed to help individuals and organizations identify if their information has been compromised in data breaches. The purpose is defensive security and protection, not offensive use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Are not located in a country subject to international sanctions or embargoes
- Will use the Service only for lawful purposes
4. Account and Authentication
Access to the Service requires authentication through Telegram. By authenticating, you authorize us to access your basic Telegram profile information (user ID, username, first name) for account creation and identification purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activities that occur through your authenticated session. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The Service is intended for legitimate security research, personal security auditing, threat intelligence, and defensive cybersecurity purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Permitted Uses
- Checking if your own credentials or data have been compromised
- Security research and threat intelligence for your organization
- Authorized penetration testing with proper written consent
- Academic research with appropriate ethical oversight
- Journalistic investigations in the public interest
- Law enforcement investigations with proper legal authority
Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual
- Engage in identity theft, fraud, or any criminal activity
- Compile data for spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
- Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit breach data
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Use automated tools to bulk scrape or overload our systems
- Attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure
- Impersonate any person, entity, or falsely claim affiliations
- Use the Service to disadvantage breach victims ("ambulance chasing")
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
WARNING: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
6. User Responsibility and Liability
You are solely and fully responsible for the legality of your use of the Service and any information obtained through the Service. Intelligence Security provides tools and access to data; how you use them is your responsibility.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intelligence Security, its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any claims by third parties related to your use of the Service
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (including cryptocurrency payment providers) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
- Daily quotas reset at 00:00 UTC
- Unused quotas do not roll over to subsequent periods
- You may purchase a future subscription while a current one is active; it will activate automatically upon expiration of the current plan
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
- Subscriptions terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds
8. Data and Information Disclaimer
The data accessible through our Service is sourced from publicly available information and publicly disclosed data breaches. We aggregate and index this information to provide security intelligence services.
Important Disclaimers:
- We do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
- Our database may not include information about every data breach
- Data may contain errors, duplicates, or outdated information
- Absence of results does NOT guarantee your data has not been compromised
- We are not responsible for any 3rd party data sources or their accuracy
9. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Disclaimer
Intelligence Security is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. The Service does not provide consumer reports and is not intended to be used for any purpose authorized under the FCRA. You shall not use the Service or any data obtained through it to:
- Evaluate any person's eligibility for credit, insurance, or employment
- Determine any person's eligibility for a government license or benefit
- Evaluate any person for purposes of renting a dwelling or property
- Take any adverse action against any person based on data obtained through the Service
- Make any decision regulated by the FCRA or similar state-level legislation
Any use of the Service that violates this section is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
10. Compliance with Data Protection Regulations
GDPR (European Economic Area)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Our legal basis for processing your personal data is legitimate interest in providing security intelligence services, and your consent where applicable. CCPA (California)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. International Compliance

11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Intelligence Security and is protected by intellectual property laws. By using the Service, you receive no ownership or intellectual property rights to the Service or data accessed through it.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.
12. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INTELLIGENCE SECURITY, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Technical or security issues
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including liability limitations and indemnification obligations.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, United States.
You agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intelligence Security regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
